Meet the
Resident Experts

Think of me as an extension of your team, a teammate, rather than just another realtor.

Vancouver is one of the most livable and well loved cities in the world. I am passionate about doing every thing I can to ensure that my clients have all the information and support they need to make the best possible real estate decision. I take pride in always doing what I say I am going to do, and, in getting the job done right every time. Some words people use to describe me include: knowledgeable, tenacious, endlessly patient, detailed, quick to respond, hard worker, personable and a good hugger. I look forward to connecting with you, earning your respect, and successfully guiding you through the process of buying and selling a home in Vancouver.

For those curious about my educational background, I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership and a Business Management diploma from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

Should I buy now or wait? This is a big question a lot of buyers are asking at the moment. The reasons for buying a home are personal and so everyone's situation is different. The process can be filled with all the emotions and now more than ever requires strategic thinking in understanding how your personal situation fits within the overall market. Right now buyers' only real sense of urgency is to try and get into the market before rates go up but in a shifting market, buyers also don't want to overpay. It's important that to understand the current market dynamics and based on your goals ensure you are buying for the right reasons. Make sure your agent is staying on top of the market and examining your desired areas carefully. Each micro-market tells different stories. Is there more inventory hitting the market giving you cause to be patient? Do you have enough down payment or maybe you need more time to be more financially stable? Have you done some stress testing of your own on your finances? Are you planning on living in the home for a while or will your situation change over the short term? These are all key questions as you consider your options but it's important that you do what's right for your situation. Have more questions about how to be successful in this market?
