One of the most transformative projects underway in Vancouver, the Seṇák̥w development, is set to reshape the city’s skyline and rental landscape. Located on Squamish Nation reserve lands under the Burrard Bridge at Kits Point, this bold initiative blends cultural legacy with urban innovation.
Seṇák̥w (pronounced “Sen-ACK-w”) means “the place inside the head of False Creek” and pays tribute to a traditional ancestral village site of the Squamish Nation. This 10.5-acre development is being delivered through a historic partnership between the Squamish Nation’s Nch’k̥ay̥ Development Corporation and renowned developer Westbank.
